    Shell Associate Vehicle Pricing

Vehicles | Purchase at dealer cost, less hold back and manufacturer incentives ("Net Net"), plus $500, plus tax, tags and normal dealer fees. |
| Specialty New & Used Vehicles | Purchase at MSRP or Market Value as determined by the
dealership. These vehicles do not qualify for the SAVPP
Program due to manufacturer allocation restrictions (new to market,
unique, or hot) or limited inventory availability. See dealer for

Discounts | Shell Associates (including Motiva Enterprises) are eligible for 10% OFF Service, Parts and Accessories.  The 10% discount cannot be combined with any other discounts and does not apply towards the purchase of tires. |
    Associate Eligibility
    Shell Associates (including Motiva Enterprises) and their immediate family members are eligible to participate when the Associate has completed sixty (60) days of service.
     Program Limitations
   Shell Associates (including Motiva Enterprises) are limited to two (2) SAVPP purchases within a twelve (12) month period. The General Manager has the right to exclude new or used Specialty Vehicles (manufacturer restrictions, unique, hot) from the SAVPP. These units will be available for retail purchase. Please see dealership for details.
    Program Participation
    To participate in the program, please follow these simple steps:
    For Sales:
    1. Visit www.sonicvipservices.com and find the vehicle of your choice.
    2. Search by year, make, model, price, bodystyle, or payment.
    3. Complete and submit the required SAVPP online form or call the dedicated toll free number (1-888-882-1004) to          speak with a Sonic VIP & Concierge Consultant.
    4. A Sonic VIP & Concierge Consultant will respond to the request within 24 hours.
    5. Let them know you are a Shell/Motiva Associate requesting Shell Associate Pricing on a new or pre-owned vehicle.
    6. Provide your Shell/Motiva Employee ID Number for verification purposes.
    7. The VIP & Concierge Consultant will assist in finding the right vehicle for you.
    8. The VIP Concierge Consultant will then coordinate communication between the Associate and respective Dealership.
    9. At the Dealership, provide a valid Shell ID card and photo identification.

    For Service, Parts and Accessories:
    1. Go to the Sonic Automotive Dealership Locator and find the dealership of your choice.
    2. Contact the Service or Parts Department by way of email or phone.
    3. Let them know you are a Shell/Motiva Associate requesting Shell Associate Discounts.
    4. Provide your Shell/Motiva Employee ID number for verification purposes.
    5. At the dealership, provide a valid Shell ID card and photo identification at the time of repair order write-up.
    6. The Service, Parts and Accessories Associates will help you.
